Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Luviahome. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Contact@Luviaahome.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
4. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item, Luviahome will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Contact@Luviaahome.com with photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
